Use this list of Whole30 sauces to take your next Whole30 from zero to hero with a single drizzle. Whether it's a dunk, dressing, or stir fry you're looking for, this list has you covered!

I've completed a number of Whole30's, and for each one, I've determined one thing: sauce is king.

Over time, I've accumulated what I call my arsenal of Whole30 sauces. Every vegetable, protein, or dish can be transformed with the right sauce.

It's easy on Whole30 to get caught up in the fancy recipes, the ingredients that seem obscure if you're new to paleo eating, and feel overwhelmed from the start. Let me tell you something: DON'T.

You don't need fancy recipes to enjoy your meals. You're going to be doing a ton of cooking and a ton of dishes, so trust me when I tell you to keep it simple.

You can find an entire archive of Whole30 recipes on my site here.

Whole30 does require cooking, so don't think you can skip that completely.

That said, I focus on clean and simple recipes that don't take hours to make or tie up your entire weekend. Protein, veggies, and the right Whole30 sauce can change your meal from boring to next level.

(Bonus tip: use these tips on meal prep to make your Whole30 that much easier!)

Many of those recipes use my Whole30 sauces - from Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole using ranch dressing to Beef Bulgogi Bowls using my bulgogi sauce, there's something for every taste bud.

From basic homemade mayo to dressings, dips, and stir frys, these versatile sauces can be used in a number of ways. When you're tired of making complicated recipes, and just want to make a protein and a veggie but need some flavor, these Whole30 sauces will come to your rescue.

    5 Minute Mayo

This recipe for five minute mayo is so easy and delicious, you’ll be wondering why you ever bought mayo at the store in the past. Also, it’s fast. I called it 5 minute mayo, but that’s only if you’re moving really slowly. You can have it made in 2 minutes if you move with a purpose!

    Homemade Ranch Dressing

Put it on veggies, put it on salad, put it on everything! This homemade ranch dressing is the only one you'll ever need.

    Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing

A versatile creamy cilantro lime dressing that takes just minutes to make! Use as a salad dressing, dip, topping or sauce for a burst of flavor.

    Garlic Cream Sauce

This garlic cream sauce is so versatile and adds a boost of flavor to any dish! Ready in just 20 minutes, its the perfect addition to a weeknight meal.

    Sugar Free Teriyaki Sauce

This Korean bulgogi sauce is grain free, dairy free, and spices up any dish!

    Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free, you can now have your favorite salad dressing without any of the guilt! Avocado combined with herbs and spices make up this dressing that will add flavor to any salad or dish.
