    Paleo Easy Weeknight Dinners

    Let me guess - you finish up work, get the kids, get home, get everyone started on homework, unpack bags, repack lunches, feed the dog, open the fridge, pull out...oh wait. You still have to make dinner.

    I've been there, more times than I can count, and I don't want you to have to go there ever again. These recipes are simple in both instruction and ingredients. They're flavorful and come together quickly, so you can eat healthy even on short notice.
